STUDENTS FROM THE FOOD TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT VISIT GALIATSATOS DAIRY

We would like to like to express our warm thanks for the hospitality and the guided tour provided to our students at the Galiatsatos Dairy production facility in Razata.

The visit took place on Monday, December 11, 2017, within the framework of the “Dairy Quality Control and Quality Control” course, accompanied by the course leader, Ms. Terpou and the Associate Professor of the Department of Food Technology, Mr. Kopsarichis.

Our students enthusiastically watched the process of making cheese and other dairy products in a fully equipped dairy production facility. We hope that similar visits to other production facilities will be established as an important and integral part of our courses.

Finally, we would like to once again thank the company for the gifts it offered to our students!
