KEFALOTYRI CHEESE FROM KEFALONIA

Kefalotyri cheese from Kefalonia is a hard, salty cheese made from sheep and goat’s milk. Traditionally, this cheese matures in brine for at least six months.

It is produced in heads of about 10 kilos and is available in bulk or in vacuum packed pieces.
